Cooking Steps

  1. Marinate the meat with olive oil, turmeric, cumin, coriander, pepper, and salt. Let it rest for 1–2 hours.
  2. In a large pot, sauté onions and garlic until golden.
  3. Add the marinated meat and sear on all sides.
  4. Pour in broth, cover, and cook until tender.
  5. Remove the meat and add washed rice to the broth. Cook until fluffy.
  6. Place meat on top of the rice and cover for 10 minutes to infuse flavors.
  7. Serve hot with salad or yogurt sauce.
